Please can anyone tell me,what is the procedure for obtaining Voter's Identity card (i am living in Mumbai)

go to Chief Electoral Office of the mumbai with ration card ,most importantly carry some money which will speed up the whole process  ;-)

Contact the Chief Electoral Office of the mumbai city. Give an application in the prescribed form and required documents; otherwise wait for the Electoral office to update their records then they visit door to door and update the details including making of Voter Identity cards.
