Please can somebody recommend a good restaurant in Halifax, NS?

I am looking for a place for a celebration (town centre). We are going in July and the night out will be a Monday. I would like it to be really special for my friend.

I really like ONYX, and BICE.  We go there whenevre we are in Halifax.  Also, 7 is very good.  halifax is one of my fave places to visit; the restaurants are awesome.
