In order of liquidity cash would be first. Secondly, accounts receivable thirdly, merchandise fourthly, prepaid insurance and lastly supplies.

  1. There are many ways you have to earn liquidity cash. You can make accounts and buy merchandises. Finally, another action you can do is have prepaid insurance and lastly supplies.


  2. In order of liquidity, cash would be first, accounts receivable

    second, merchandise third, prepaid insurance fourth, and

    supplies last.

  3. You need something to separate...you said secondly, accounts receivable thirdly, merchandise.  That makes accounts receivable thirdly all one thought...not what you mean.

    I would write it this way:  In order of liquidity, cash would be the most liquid, then Accounts Receivable, Merchandise, Prepaid Insurance and Supplies, .
