Please can someone help me with this?

hi, i have an ingrown hair on my bikini line which has come up now in a big lump! i have tried looking for the hair but i cant see it. I have tried holding a hot cloth on it and then looking but still nothing. can someone please help as it has been there over a month already and its really painful?

ive had this, its very sore isnt it. this will hurt, but get the lump and squeeze as if your popping a spot.its  best to do this in a hot bath, as your pores will be open . it worked for me x
