Please can someone list some mexican foods?

I need to know some mexican food that no one would get in england.

I have some mexican receipes.

Put chicken breast or thighs on tawa cook it by adding oil ,no water.Do it as though u are grilling.Then cut it into chunks.Keep it aside.Then add some shrimps and cook it.Keep it aside.Then in the same tawa add some red onions cut long wise,red and green bell peppers ,mushrooms and pineapple chunks and little seasoning salt(This salt is different.You can get it in grocery store) and  then put the chicken and shrimp.Sprinkle some cheese  in the end.Let all of them come together .Have it as fagita or wrap it up or put it in burger.

Another one is boil boneless chicken with some tomatoes,garlic,onions, 1 jalapeno ,little water and salt.Shred it and add sour creme and lots of cheese.Take a soft taco spread encilada sauce add this shredded chicken. wrap it up and bake it for 6m and u will have the best enchilada.

You can use the shredded chicken from 2nd receipe and add it on nachos .Sprinkle cheese and bake it until cheese melts.Best chicken Nachos.
