  1. Its simple...

    for normal ipods (not the ipod touch)...

    teh middle button is to select a song or playlist what ever and pause and play.

    scroll teh circle for volume.

    menu is to return....

    ipod touch...

    very simple, just tap what you want, such as play etc...
