Kinning Park, near Ibrox - if you type in shops/pubs etc in slead street Glasgow it give you information

Never heard of it.

It may be Plead St, which I believe was near The Courthouse. It no longer exists as the area was rebuilt many years ago. I have never heard of Slead St & lived here all my life  Hope this helps.

I have checked my collection of Glasgow street maps, the earliest of which is 1889, but to no avail.

Are you sure of the spelling?

Can you give me any idea of the context in which the street name occurs or why you pose the question?
