Please can you give me advice on PUK codes?

My mobile is with orange, I was messing under the security settings and clicked PIN check>Enable. Since then everytime I turn my fone on it asks for my password wich i put in, then asks for a PUK code, but i have absoloutley no clue, I have been on the orange website too and I have an account but have forgotton my password and details, so they can send me the password but to my fone but thers no point cos I cant get into it. When I tried calling up orange it asked for a 4 digit ID code wich I am also clueless about. Please help people I have had no communicaiton with ppl for ages. Thanks

Your phone asks for a PUK code when your PIN is blocked and PUK2 when your PIN2 is blocked . now u gatta call customer care from any other orange phone the might help you in that.

or listen to recordings wen u dial customer care there must be an option of PUK.

Call Orange, don't worry about the 4 digit code That's nothing to do with the PUK code. If you're struggling to get through to an actual person then pick any of the options because even if they're in the wrong department they'll be able to put you through to the right one. I've found in general, Orange are usually very good like that. They will give you a PUK code to unlock it. You can't obtain these from anywhere else so don't bother looking, you might end up permanently locking things up.

this is a UK phone i see..well i did some searching and i came up with 3309!! try that..Let me know if it works !
