These "High Yield Investment Programs" (HYIP) appear to all be  scams. I have never heard of a legitimate one.   No one can honestly offer interest rates that high.  See this link.

Most HYIP's and HYTP's are false. In fact it is referred to as the scam of the century. But, that is only because these scam artist use half truths and "secret" as the means to get greed to overcome a person’s actual logic. The truth is that if they cannot provide an attorney's WRITTEN legal opinion it is likely a scam. So, if you want a "good" Hyip get a written legal opinion from an attorney, one that you can check-out his license with the state or province preferably a US based attorney. Finally, a lot of attorneys can get caught in the lack-logic allure of Hyip's so when you ask them to put it in writing they then will think hard of what they really know vs. wishful thinking and never have I seen an attorney that would give a real written legal opinion.
