Please cite any articles/examples with glucocortoids helping in rehab of hemorrhagic stroke...?

Question

I had a stroke in March, 2005 and glucocortoids (i.e. Solu-Medrol, methylprednisolone) helped. I want to show my Neurologist examples of it helping others in hopes that this drug(s) will help in my rehab.
