like unsliced said no theme but good mosters ..as is i would give it a 5 outa 10 ... i presonally would water deck cause you have more water then any thing there but if you want power go for mage dragon or fish there is a newer fish out there thats 7 star 2800 and killer effect the effect is by discarding 1 card from your hand special summon as many fish monsters to your side from your deck and it stops monster card effects traps and spells by destroying one of the special summoned fish and thats all they are there for they cant attack or use the effects of them other fish but easy offerings as well out of that .. hope i was some help

Its okay...bu there is no theme. Ill have to give u a 7 out of 10 for that...It is good, and probably will win alot of duels, but decks with strategy are even better. Trust me, you have great and powerful cards there, though maybe you should get a strategy going on there...or even a theme of deck would be good...
