The problem with your deck is that you have taken a bunch of very powerful cards, and thrown them all together without thinking about how they work together.

For example, part of your deck looks like it wants to obliterate all of your opponents monsters with cards like Chaos Command Magician or Buster Blader, but then other cards in there need a strategic lock on the field to be effective, namely Yata-Garasu.

To have collected such a vast amount of rare and powerful cards I'm sure you play the game a lot. Think back on all your duels and try to remember some fun and effective combos that you have pulled off with your cards working together. Then take out the cards you usually regret having played, or that don't seem to work well with the rest of your deck. Then try adding in some duplicate copies of the cards that work well to keep your deck at 40 cards.

Although the amount of spells seems high for a Silent Swordsman deck, most of these are played when he is off the feild anyway.

You have decent cards, but i suggest working on not just using powerful monsters and trap cards, but use cards to make combo attacks , thus increasing the power and strength of your deck. I have many decks, but my favorite deck, i use mnay combos, and SETS of cards. if you can collect and entire set, then you can get outstanding results in duels. i always use this technique, and i swear, that i have never lost to anyone before... i would enter in tournaments , but there are none where i am. SO, back to your deck, you have very nice trap cards, and i realized that some of your magic/ speel cards are currently useless to your deck. you have nice monsters, but a few are restricted from tournaments.::::

uhm alot of these cards cant be used in real tournaments unless rules have been cahnged and i recomend using old trap and magic cards even thought not as powerful an new ones they work alot better when it comes down to it would you rather stop 1 powerfull monster destroying you monster while another can attack it or would you rather have your monsters defense raised to stop both? it doesnt matter the cards its how you use them and just cause thier shiny doesnt make them god like
