Could you tell us what you mean by "chippy". There seems to be different definitions depending on your cultural background. My boyfriend and I live in Australia but my background is English and I thought you were planning on opening a fish and chip shop!!! My boyfriend thinks it has something to do with working with timber and the person before us thinks it is a s*x worker. Which is it?

P.S. LOL- I checked out online definitions and the word does mean all three!!
