For a kid you draw very well, so keep practicing so you can make a masterpiece.

its pretty good for your age. one thing you might want to try is drawing from photos, if you are not. when shading and shadowing a good tip is to place a dot on your paper where the light source(s) would be to help you remember where to darken and lighten to add shadows and highlights. also remember that the difference between dark and light is usually gradual because peoples bodies lack hard edges. this is not always true however.

Because of the sharp shading, it looks like you drew a picture of a statue.  Smooth it out a little bit.

Its pretty good.  Its an interesting style.  If you want to get better at drawing people, try drawing your self or parts of your self.  Look in the mirror and try draw your self or draw your hand or whatever.  It helps.  If your trying for a more comic book style try drawing some of your favorite comic book charictors.  Just remember when you draw in a comic style there are always black out lines to everything.  Keep practicing and it'll become more natural to you.

I think it's good.  

Try finding artists who do a similar style, and incorporate ideas from their work into yours.  But do it in your own way.
