Please critique updated version of rihanna drawing?

need advice on how to make it MORE realistic and if the newer version is better than the old one. thanks to everyone for their critiques and i promise to choose a best answer that gives me the best advice.

well im not an artist or a critic and you draw really well.but is the eye and brow set a little higher than the other? other than that i think its excellent

The lips could use a little work, as in try to erase the edge of the lips so they look connected to the face than just glued on (not saying that yours looks like that) Hope this Helps :)
