creative labor is humanity's transformation of nature into human identity in the production of labor.

is this correct?

  1. Your definition of creative labor is basically correct.  It is the labor that human beings express that allow them to realize their humanity.  Marx addresses the issue in "Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844."  It is meant to be the absence of alienation.
