  1. If you can't afford a doctor the least you could do is start taking prenatal vitamins, you can get those at Wal-Mart.  Your baby needs them.  If I were you I'd go to social services and talk to them about what your options are and places you can go for help.  Why can't you get insurance?  Still as long as you start taking your prenatal vitamins you should be fine for a few more weeks but you should really try to get in.  Good luck.

  2. if you dont have insurance, hurry up and get it, mostly all the doctors app. will be covered =]

  3. Try to get on medical or medicaid...whatever it is called. They will pay for everything!

  4. Sweetie, you need to go to the doctor asap!!!

What state do you live in? I think youre still fine but its crucial to get some type of check up for you and your baby. They have such a thing called pre paid medi-cal or medi-caid, depending on what state you live in. Its really fast and easy and only takes about 15 minutes to fill out paper work and best of all its FREE. Go down to you local clinic and ask about this. I used it when I didnt have inurance for my job and they helped me immediatley. I havent had to pay a dime and wont have to. Good luck to you and congrats!

  5. please dont think im "scorning" you but you need to get help quick.

usualy county hospitals will let you pay stuff out... but

definately call medicaid first thing in the morning!

you've got to think.. its not just for a check up but your going to have the cost of the labor and also when the baby comes. you HAVE TO take your child to it's doctors appts.

  6. a clinic maybe??

  7. You should be able to get free healthcare from your state if you can't afford it. I know if you're pregnant in MA, or even just poor and can't afford insurance they will give you MASSHealth. Search Yahoo for your states free healthcare. Otherwise you should be able to go to your local women's free clinic-like planned parenthood or similar, and get help there, i know they do ultrasounds, i don't know what else they do though.

It sucks not having health insurance, especially preggers :(

    Good Luck!

  8. Honey! There is medicaid......if you are pregnant you should qualify, all you have to do is call the dr's office that you would like to go to and tell them that you are in the process of applying for medicaid and they will just bill medicaid after you receive it. There are plenty of doctors who would be more than happy to set up a payment plan for you even if you dont qualify. Go to the dr, GOD BLESS!!!

  9. try planned parenthood.com they have lots of options. And don't be worried about being 20 years old that's not young compared to the 16 and 17 year olds who are getting pregnant nowadays. Also I would just like to say that you should DEF. research medicaid and government health aid they will pay for your insurance while pregnant and help you get the care you need for free. So please research that online.

  10. you can get Medicaid and your pregnancy will be completely covered. some states allow you to apply on line google it and check out your program to see if it's possible.

  11. Find a Planned Parenthood or talk to your health department about free or low cost prenatal care.  If anything, being pregnant and having a young baby gets you the most opportunities for low cost or free health care.  You can even get free prenatal vitamins from some stores like Walmart and Meijer now.  Don't wait any longer than you have to.

  12. MEDICAID/FIDELIS/ a free clinic like P-cap is what they have in New York.  You need prenatal care because there are so many things that can happen during pregnancy and with good prenatal health those things will most likely be good and not bad.  Call you local "county" building or health department, good luck.

  13. Planned Parenthood?

  14. call your local health department. Every state has a well baby system of some sort set up....I'm sure Atlanta is no different.
