Please explain in detail the right way to set up oxy-acetylene welding equipment from removing cylinder cap..?

remove caps, install gages, tight. attach nozzle  head to hoses,

turn k***s off at  head, open oxy tank 1 full turn set pressure Gage to 4 lb ,turn acetylene on 1 full turn, set pressure Gage at  2 lb

turn acetylene k**b on at  head 1 turn . light it, turn oxy on till flame turns white blue green  adjust flame till it is blue/white [adjust pressure for intense flame]

to turn it off, turn oxy off first then acet,

At least get and read a 'how to' manual before you touch that

equipment or take the safety caps off the cylinders..

Nobody can give you all the safety precautions you need to

safely handle acetylene or oxygen in the space available here.

Both of those gasses can bite you if mishandled.

Even inert gasses at the pressures you will be dealing with

can be very dangerous.

I've seen a dropped tank break its valve and take off like a rocket.

Man your best bet is to leave it alone.  I have seen meany accidents by people who don't know how to use an Acy/Ox system.  Your life is not worth it.
