Please explain the procedure of stock valuation?

i recently joined a CA firm .i am working as an auditor but i have not experience of it. i tried to contact with my siniors but i failed. CAN ANYONE OF U HELP ME?

stock value varies every day dear.

it depends on that days market Value be it NSE, BSE, NYSE, or what ever.

go to investopedia and look up stuff like beta and p/e ratio. click on the links that say related subjects. also remember that valuation is also multi context. a p/e might seem high compared to the s&p 500 but a relative value when you look at peer stocks in that company's sector
