I recently started training after learning I had 40 percent body fat. Its now two weeks on, and after losing 2 pounds, I have gained 1 pound and have some muscle on my arms. I now want to give up. I don want to gain weight..and Im scared the muscle on top of the fat will make me bulky and fat looking. I dont want to look like a body builder,Im scared i will gain muscle but put on weight and I will forever be overweight.Please advise me..I simply want to give up.
