Before you can create something, it must be imagined first.  

What you desire or want, is something that you imagine, right?

So it is possible create in your life something you desire.  Create, meaning to bring about - to happen.

when you are imagining something you are creating it in your mind. Sometimes when you imagine something, it's possible that you want it because you desire it. You do what you imagine and lastly you create what you imagine

It explains the creative process of one who discovers, invents, creates, etc. An idea begins in the imagination, as something you want, for whatever reason (need, pleasure, expression, humanitarian reasons, etc), then you take action (the exercise of the will) to take that image and turn it into a reality. You "will" it into being, through action via creation, invention, discovery, art, song, engineering, architecture, etc.
