Please explain to me how my initial FIDE rating will be calculated?

Question

I am playing in a 12-player all-play-all FIDE rated tournament which has 4 rated players, and 8 unrated players. Now, since it's a 'perfect square', provided everyone scores at least 1 point and no-one defaults any games, all players should get a full rating.

How will this be calculated? Please give as much information as possible. My knowlege of statisitcs is fair.

Probably the average of opponents ratings thusly: beat +400,  ratings of those lost to -400, drawn +0.

I'm guessing at the 400.
