There are very interesting questions that you haven't the opportunity to answer or  that you are interested in going back to.

That's why it's called "MY WATCH LIST", it means you are keeping an eye on them.

Kinda of a private bookmarking

It's a list of questions you are interested in going back to.  You are keeping an eye on or 'watching'.  It's an easy way to find a question you didn't answer, yet you are interested in knowing about.  Kind of like bookmarking a web page, only you are bookmarking a particular question.

if you see a question that you like the look of you can save it on the watchlist for future reference.

click on save under the question then add to watchlist.
