Please explain where and when you have received the best customer service and the key reasons why the service

At a restaurant near where i live. The service was outstanding and even though we had to wait a while for our main course (because of what i'd ordered) the waiter reamined with us and chatted to us the entire time we ate. He had someone else deal with his other customers to make sure we were not dissatisfied with the service he was providing.

The food was fantastic we were seated immediatly upon arrival and when we left our coats were ready for us and the waiter had already phoned aheaed to inform the Valet we were on our way. Needless to say that waiter got a fantastic tip from us. I'll never forget him he was hilarious as well which really helped.

I have a Dell desktop and last november the speakers stopped working so I phoned them.

They said as it would take a while to trouble shoot the problem they would phone me back,which they did.

After checking everything with me,including helping me locate new sound drivers and installing them this still didn't solve my problem.

So they arranged for a full new speaker/sub-woofer set to be sent by next day delivery(which arrived exactly on time as promised).

The person on the phone was very clear,concise and helpful,and I think this was the best service I've had off a pc supplier.
