In the university I want to go to there is a scholarship for six academically gifted students .How can i get this ? I have three years before I go to this university.Please give all the advise you can to increase my chances of getting this award.

A good start for a gifted student would be to learn the difference between the words ADVICE (the one you wanted) and ADVISE (the one you used).

Well! First of all, as you mention you have 3 years before you go to that univ I think you must keep a track of what they look in a student to give scholarship. Eg: GMAT or GRE Score, GPA, a solid applications and references.

Then work accordingly get good gpa in ur current classes. Then give Gmat or Gre with the best scores ie 700 above in GMAT. Make good application and references.

Then noone can stop you in getting the scholarship in any university. I m sure you be one of the lucky person having scholarship.
