it must be motivating and a little bit comic if you'd like to..thanks.. i'm in a foreign country and i'm encouraging them to speak english for them to get used to it...

Make a picture of a famous British actor, like Hugh Laurie or someone, and say "Wouldn't you like to talk to HIM?"

Or Emma Thompson, or some other famous English speaker.
