Sheldon's site is a good one.  Also, Park Tool has somewhat better instructions and photos.  Look in their "repair help" section at http://www.parktool.com

If you want it from the horse's mouth, go to http://techdocs.shimano.com and look up your model of derailleur (if you don't know offhand, it will be stamped on the derailleur cage somewhere (FD-____)
