Dell assumes warranty only for hardware.  If you are sure, the problem is hardware you can long on to Dell web site and look for service and support.  You can input the Serial number and it will automatically direct your complaint to necessary hardware engineers who are authorised by Dell to service their systems for hardware problems only.
