Please give me some Ideas to Spruce up My Look?

I do not think I am ugly, just a little "plain Jane" I have also had the same hairstyle for about 5-6 years. What would look good on me? I want to look nice for college.

I think you should do something different with your hair. Go for a more dramatic look. Highlights always add a little sumthin sumthin to hair. lol I would as some blonde highlights qith some caramel lowlights. Go for a shorter look too.
