Please give me some answers to this!!!?

Okay. A couple of my friends were thinking of creating a kids/teen night club. Don't worry there would be security and a parent/guardian would even have to sign you up, so we know someone knows where you are. How should we get this started? Please take this seriously!

You'll have to start by purchasing a place for the night club to be held, and you'll have to apply for an EIN for tax purposes (or try to be tax-exempt if it's a free night club).
