I exercise a lot and I eat pretty healthy, but I'm still a fat pig. What are some good ways to lose the lard?

  2. The major key to weight loss is CUTTING CALORIES!  Ask your doctor for a healthy diet regiment and ask how to measure calories appropriately for the amount of weight you want to lose.

    Drink a lot of water!

    Cardio is the best way to drop pounds.  I personally love cardio kick boxing!  If that's too hard for you, then run run run!

    Most importantly, don't call yourself a fat pig that won't help you!  have faith in yourself and be proud of your other accomplishments   =)
