they all are probably a little different but basically:

1) Main Section

- includes Front Page which has the most important, current, popular news reports of the day

- also will have a National Section - smaller news reports on national level

- also a World Section - smaller news stories on the international level

2) Local Section - news reports on the local level (city and state)

3) Opinion (or Editorial) Section - editorial articles by staff (or national) columnists concerning current events

- also includes "Letters to the Editor" which are letters readers send in about previous articles, events, etc.

4) Business (or Financial) Section - news that is primarily business related, and have a affect on business, consumers, or stock trading, etc.

5) Sports Section (self explanitory)

6) Arts & Entertainment - includes critiques on films, theatre productions, concerts and listings of the same

7) Classifieds and Real Estate Listings

8) Lifestyle Section (could be called other things) - basically human interest stories,

9) Food Section (may be combined with the above section)
