i have a complaint regarding my experience in one of their branches. my bag, with valuable inside, was stolen while having breakfast at their place

the previous answer given before was very irresponsible!

  1. forget e-mailing them! just go back to that same place & speak with the manager directly about your complaints. It's better to do it in person then to stress yourself finding information about e-mail over the internet. If your bag had a valuable in it that was stolen, then you need to GO THERE! try to get the manager to replace what was stolen.

    I am an ex-crew of Jollibee and i think your personal belongings are not their responsibility. and beside, you know that it is a public resto and a signage is all over their place saying "PLEASE DON'T LEAVE YOUR BELONGING UNATTENDED" right? meaning their already telling you that they dobn't have responsibility over your things and different people can come inside their store. even snatcher, killer, thief and other criminals. If you left your thing unattended it's not them who became irresponsible. it's you.
