Please give me your opinions on this invention i am planning on!!!?

.this is my idea on how stop global warming.i don't know if someone ever thought of making this but heres my idea.you see how you ride a bike?well why can't we try making a car run by us making it like a bike!HOLD ON im not done yet!!well why can't we make it run by electricity and make it like a bike pedal.the electricity will cause the pedal to move like making a small engine but it will be like a bike except like a regular car that runs on pedals.you step on the brakes like a pedal and you step on the forward like a pedal.this is something i am thinking of making.its just like those small RC's except it can be on a actual car.can this work.please give opinions.who knows?MAYBE I CAN BE WRONG!!

Your idea is beautiful, like other echo / environmental friendly ideas.

The problem withstanding is and always will be i think, that the public has to all have one and be convinced to get rid of all the makes of existing cars and so on.......

no one thing is going to solve our energy problems. the downside I see to your invention is if everyone had one we would need hundreds or thousands more generating plants , and they would consume more fuel than our cars use.

This is a lot more complicated that you would think, and also your break time would be a lot longer, causing more accidents.  They have already made cars that don't run on gas.  We are not the flinstones you know.

A bicycle does not weigh much.  You would not be able to get something as heavy as a car up hill by pedalling.

Also, making electricity makes pollution (usually), so this may not stop global warming as much as you think.

I am sure they have already thought of that. I have heard of this before.

Besides, I don't think this alone will stop global warming. There are too many pollutants coming out of Industrial plants as well.

But go for it! If nothing else, you will be doing your part, and who knows, you might build it right!
