Please give reasons why you would suggest I not go into the law field?

Warning:  Do NOT go into the field of Law!!!  Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!!!   This is NOT a good field to invest in right now!!!  Reasons:  There are simply TOO MANY attorneys right now for today's economy, today a lot of people (mistakenly) think they can do their own legal work thanks to the WWWeb, there are WAY TOO MANY law schools today churning out WAY TOO MANY graduates for today's economy.  Even if you would make it through law school, you probably won't be able to find a job.

If you DO find a job in the law field, you will find:  they will work you to death, law office administrators typically do not care about the employees' best interests - only about making more money for the partners, very political and competitve atmosphere.

Suggestion:  Go into the field of Healthcare <<< LOTS of jobs there!!!!

they give you a real killer schedule and you have to compete to make partner

It overtakes your whole life after you make partner if you ever do.

You can get shot by an angry loser on the other side.

There really are no reasons for not studying something.

The law field, frankly, can be exciting, promising, and it could lead you to something far beyond the typical.

Some popular and successful radio hosts studied law.

Some FBI agents studied law.

Politicians are well-known for having studied law.

The Law field can be time-consuming, you'll be working a lot of hours, and you'll be dealing with a lot of different people - for very real, very meaningful, often life-changing work.

Don't go into it if you don't have the heart for it.
