well its good. i havent played this game since strike of neos so i have no idea what cyber walley is. lol ok here are my suggestions:

Im not sure if raiza is limited but use 3 if its not and if you can get it.  3 scout planes.  2 reinforcement of the army.  take out brain youre goiung to use survivor and scoutplane for tributes.  I personally dont like mystical space buts that my opinion, plus if you attack with survivor and sakuretsu or mirror force come out, then it wont matter becuase theyll just come back at end phase.  swords is good but it gives them mroe of a reason to use heavy storm which is this decks weak ness.  You can use it, its just I PERSONALLY dont like it in this specific deck.  (+1 dimension fusion)  no dust tornadoes.  I just dont like them.  (again personal preferance, but i dont think its necesary becuase you are just going to be using them on sakuretus and mirror force (which are the biggest theeats) and your monstes will just come back in the end phase.  put dustshoot in side deck.  (keep 2 in side deck total)  3 solumn will burn your life points fast!! I used to run 3 bun i soon realized that if you need it at the beggining of the duel, you will have to sacrifive 4000 points.
