Please guide how to record the T.V. plays into Laptop?

Question

I am having Sivaki Television set, with Audio/Video input & output facility.

I am having laptop Dell Inspiron 6400 with Media direct play facility.

I am intrested to record some of the T.V. plays in to my laptop to view the same in freetime.

only audio can be recorded that is possible but not video for that you need to install tv tuner card in laptop.

In plain words that is not possible
