Please I need your opinion on this.Why would a woman?

not want to let the supposed father of her child take a paternity test without going through her attorneys? She also said that she will make it very difficult for him and ask for alot more money than he is paying right now "under the table". the supposed father wanted to take a paternity test from a kit, but she refuses.

this was a one night stand and she contacted him over a year later. he has never seen the child and does not want visitation rights

His best bet is to contact an attorney and work with the courts to get this taken care of, by him paying under the table, he is showing agreement to father hood,,

Child support payments are made according to a percentage of what the dad makes ...

        If he wants to be a part of the childs life, he'll need an attorney to make sure he gets his parental rights .

     If he is already paying her money .. she gets paid . he has no proof that he is the dad (maybe he's not). he gets no parental or visitation rights.

      She may not want him to take the test because he may not be the dad.

If I was him , I would make sure I'm the father before giving her another penny .. he needs a lawyer.
