2 weeks is a very short time in that part of the world.. you can ride a bus all day in cambodia and not go very far.. take the plane whenever you can [ siem reap-saigon 1-2 hrs] take the bus [local tours] or boat [siem reap- phenom phen, sai gon -vung tau] only if you must... a night train in viet nam is a fun way to go sleep on the train wake up at your destination in the a.m.
