Ok so I just came back from a trip to Hawaii. The time time difference is about 6 hours. School starts very soon! I need help falling asleep. Once I got 0 hours of sleep and fell asleep during the day I couldn't bear the sleepiness. I've tried drinking hot tea at night, massaging my feet or other tense parts, and drinking hot milk before bed. Please help, and no drugs or things similar to drugs please.
