Please help, going to Hawaii and want to know how good the surfing is!?

I'm going to Kihei, Maui this year and I want to know, is the surfing good there?

There are very good waves, but it is like one every 5 minutes or more- Oahu is the best.

its gnarly out there almost all year round! ive been dreamin of surfin pipeline, and once i save up enough money, im plannin to spend a summer there! have fun out there!

The surfing there is INSANE!!!!!!!!!  i went last summer and i had a blast... i think this aug i might go hit up some waves in Aus.

i think that the waves there are medium to small. probably like 3-6 feet which is perfect for beginners and amatures.
