Please help, how can i partition my " window vista run computer" hard drive to have at least 3 or 4 ?

I bought a new Toshiba satellite computer with operating genuine window Vista Home Premium,Pentium, Dual processor T2330, 120 GB capacity, 1 GB Ram but realized latter that the Hard drive was not partitioned, i.e all the data, program, files and Data are all in Drive C. now i want to partition it for computer's safety and in fear of lose of data. help me with a hint of how to do it with windows vista system
