Its really annoying me. We used to have two separate accounts on our pc. We got a laptop and a modem, and ever since then the user account is just my boyfriends. mine has gone, but if I type in the search bar, something from mine it still finds it. I cant switch users, there is no option to. When I go into control panel and to User accounts, and click on change the way users log off, its keeps coming up with, "Client Services for Netware has disabled the Welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features you must uninstall client services for Netware" I have no idea what that is! Its not in Add or Remove Programs. What do I do? I want my own bookmarks and pics back! Please help!

  1. start menu in bottom left hand of the screen then use switch users or log off the switch. on the start menu theres an arrow at the side click it then log off or switch users

  2. As Connor N said:

And you may also need to check the "Show log off option" in the "Start menu options".

  3. i have the same problem  .. . i always used to be able to switch users but i didn't add any new programs .. .well let me know if you find anything.. GOOD LUCK!

edit: i just found out how to do it . . . go to start; control panel ; newtwork/internt connections ; click network connections; right click the one you use (internet access); go to properties; click the first one then hit uninstall . ..  then it will ask to restart; click yes . . .when it turns back on go to the control panel and user accounts and change the way users log on and off .. click the first one . . that worked for me! let me know.
