Please help, i have just registered a new orange sim to my phone. i linked up with my yahoo mail and?

at first i was able to access my yahoo mail to see my emails. now i can no longer do this, when i try to connect i now get "sevice unavailable" and that is after it my phone tries to connect for ages. please help!
