Please help, it's scary

I dreamed about a guy i was dating few months ago.

he played a lot of mind games so i decided to break off the friendship we were having.

now after a little more then two months after i call all off.

i had a dream about him yesterday. i looked scary, lost his hair, he normally has long hair and looked ill and discussing.

in college where we met, i bumped into him, we said hello and i was walking away and he was following me and kept me from walking away, looking like he missed me and wanted to talk.

this part not in the dream. I was very nice to him but he played a lot of mind games and more like he knows i like him and he is proud of that, and messing with my heard so i break the friendship we were having.

what does it mean
