Please help, video sizing! ?

I have a video that I want to post on myspace, but it is way over the mb limit. I have downloaded several softwares to convert the video, but they have all taken a very long time to just upload the video. I have a fast computer, with good connection. Are there any websites that you know of that I can quickly and easily go to to convert the video to make it small enough, preferably without downloading software?
