Please help,ideas for a business?

I am 27yr male looking to start my own business. I was raised to work hard. I am educated with a B.S. in Consumer Affairs/Consumer Management. I know this is a big step, and I want to take the right path. Any ideas? any ideas or advise will be helpful. Thanks

food retail has a great outlook. people will always need to eat. less people are learning to cook. i myself absolutely hate doing the dishes and would rather shell out $10 for whatever food i'm in the mood for. but, and this is a big BUT, it has to taste good and be inexpensive. I just talked to the manager of IN-N-OUT burger. they are busier than ever because of the times. a recession DOES effect cheap good food, in a positive way.
