Please help,regarding charges?

okay so last night my friend was intoxicated,&& she knocked over her Ex bf's Friend Motorcyle?

&& i'm assuming it has severe damage what can happen to her?

just have that person pay for damages or most likly get sued but get it in writing on a payment for damages

Criminal damage to property would be likely.

She could be subject to jail time and/or probation, a fine, and would have to pay restitution for the damage.
