Please help , Am i weird ?

im 13 and have never had a boyfriend but all my friends have. And plus i have never been asked out by a boy.

No sweetheart, you are absolutely not weird :)

I didn't have a boyfriend at that age, either. I am married and have two children now and my husband is only my 2nd real boyfriend! lol. I didn't have to deal with a bunch of drama, I just always stayed true to myself and never changed who I was for any boy. One day a boy will find you and realize how special you are. It's not the number of boyfriends we had that counts, I had two boyfriends but they were both very real relationships and we actually cared about each other, not just b/c what other people would think.

Nowadays, girls are doing so much more, so much sooner, and I personally think that it's great that you aren't following that trend!

You just stay true to yourself and you will be just fine, I promise ;)

you're young, so don't worry about it, having a boyfriend is not 'all that', especially young. just enjoy being young and spend times with your friends. lads tie you down and girls become overly obsessed over them and i should know! so make the most of your life before rushing in to trying to get with a lad; you'll regret it if you don't, i know i do.

Of course not!You're not weird.Maybe boys are too shy to ask you out.You're too young for a boyfriend anyway.You should be focusing on your education more.Guys are very different from girls.Some guys are shy and others are straight forward about asking out girls.You go to an all girls school too so there's no guys there.You are not at all weird or anything.I hope that I helped you in some way.GOD BLESS you!

No you are not weird.  Weird does not have anything really to do with it.  My daughters are not allowed to date or have a boyfriend until they are at least 14.  I don't even like boys calling the house until then.  My daughters are very attractive, but I think they need a sense of who they are before a boy comes along.  Granted I don't always know what is going on especially when they have a cell phone but I trust them and they know what I expect.

I didn't have a single girlfriend in high school and now I have to beat 'em off with a stick, so to speak.  Late blooming is common, just take comfort in the fact that good things come to those who wait.

girl, quit your worrying : )  You are still a kid, but you're growing up too.  It's a rough place to be.  Having a bf is about meeting someone who you can be yourself with, respects you, and who loves everything about you.  Don't go looking for a bf just because your friends have them.  If you do this, the boy might end up feeling like an accessory instead of an important person in your life.  Everyone grows up at different speeds.  I am engaged at nineteen and my friend is 21 and has never been on a date.  We are both happy with where we are.  Trust me, I know what you are going through.  I was the most awkward 13 year old ever to walk the planet.  I searched for a bf and found heartbreak.  Then, I started being happy just being myself and doing what I love, and I found my fiance.  Oh, and going to an all girl school is the best!  You can get advice from your girls and have tons of fun without having to deal with all the stress of trying to impress guys all day.

you are still young, wait till you are older, you will have boys beating down your door. I don't think it's weird that you have never had a boyfriend, maybe the boys think you are too good of friends and thats why they dont ask you out. and i bet you are not "easy" like other girls as well. guys are gonna go for the girls who they think they can do more with. it's better for yout that you are not like them!

Weird is a matter of a personal perception and different groups have different perceptions about what is or is not weird or unacceptable.

Why do you wait to be approached when you can approach yourself?

You did not provide sufficient amount of information for others to judge your character.

Stop waiting for someone to ask you out and start asking out.

Just because you do not have a boyfriend does not mean you are weird.
