HOLA!!!

Ok, so i can't get my back bend down because I'm afraid of falling. HHow did you master yours? Also, What are your top 5 tips for acing tryouts, or just improving as a cheerleader? PLEASE HELP!!! Luv ya'll!

  1. you should practice you back bend by standing with your back to the wall and slowly bend backward toward the wall using the wall as your support....walk you hand down the wall.....do plenty of back stretches....


  2. You just have to keep trying. Walking your hands down a wall really helps.

  3. It took me so long to get my back bend cause i hate not being able to see behind me:( but have someone stand behind you and spot you and the more they do it the more youll get use to it and it'll help a lot.

    1)Smile A LOT!! no matter how stupid you think you look do it..most likely the stupider you look the better:) thats what my coach tells me

    2)be super hyper throughtout the whole tryout

    3)if you mess up dont stop what your doing just smile more and keep going they love when you recover
